We are a small close knit community that has come together to form our wonderful association of players and their families. Our goal is to create a tennis association that would allow us to play tennis with our friends, family and our community while also providing the opportunity for the youth and inexperienced players of all ages and diverse backgrounds to have a place to come together and enjoy this wonderful sport.
We are an USTA Organizational member and we also sponsor and hold community events throughout the year such as our yearly terror trail as well as working with the Page County High School varsity girls tennis team and other area high schools.
Hydration tips before players hit the court:
• Limit/avoid caffeinated beverages (iced teas, coffee, colas) especially right before and after match play. These may cause additional fluid loss as urine.
• The night before, fill and chill squeeze bottles or sports jugs and bring to each practice or match. Each player should have a minimum of 2 liters available court side.
• Consume enough fluids throughout the day so urine is a light or pale yellow color before starting a match.
• Drink 17 to 20 oz. of fluid within 2 hours before match.
